We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was great, within walking distance to the subway station and close to popular dining spots and a 24/7 convenience store. The hotel also provided a coffee machine at the reception, a nice touch. we were impressed with the cleanliness, hotel facilities, transportation convenience, and the helpfulness of the staff.
There was nothing we didn't like.

New hotel & rooms. Small but typical in Japan. Self-serve amenities at reception. Free daily coffee. Conveniently located near kitchen street & 24/7 store. 5 min walk to Tawaramachi station, 30 mins to Ueno station with JR Pass. Liked it, will return. 👍
